I was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka in nineteen seventy eight. Schooled at President’s College and Nalanda College, I graduated from the University of Colombo; twice. I learned mathematics, physics and other applied sciences and some computer related sciences from the Faculty of Science and UCSC (external). I learned the basics of computer science by following the Diploma in Computer System Design (DCSD) from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) in nineteen ninety seven.
Sinhala is my mother tongue, English a foreign; and Tamil read-only. I take photographs, play badminton, compose music, and do 5 or 8 other things. I listen to audiobooks too. My favorite gadget is the iPod Nano. The Amazon Kindle is an interesting device too.
Thank you for visiting nStation. May peace and green prevail on earth!
PS: This site looks good on Firefox and its brothers and sisters. Safari and Opera plays nice too. I have made every attempt to clear the name of Internet Explorer (version 6, especially). If it still breaks please send me a shout this way. Btw, KB905474 is evil!
